Brief information about Machine

This machine is used for the casting of aluminium and aluminium alloys poured by gravity into the die, to obtain medium/large size casting or small size castings by using multi cavity dies.

The machine, being a new generation gravity die casting machine is designed taking into consideration operator safety and ergonomics.

Only one person can operate the machine with auto-cycle using only foot switch for operation reducing labour cost.

Efforts and Time required to remove the Metal Core or open Multi-sided Die are eliminated due to high power Hydraulic Cylinders to remove the Metal Core and Open the Die.

High dependency on specific skilled foundry labour will be eliminated giving high production rate with same casting quality as all the parameters are automated and no manual efforts are required other than pouring for Stationary GDC Machine.
